TL;DR: This 6-station commercial trampoline unit, which we designed and manufactured for shopping malls, indoor game halls and busy visitor area entertainment centers, offers a high-capacity entertainment area where 6 children can safely jump at the same time. The most critical issue in multiple trampoline systems is dynamic load resistance. In order to ensure that the pressure created by 6 children at the same time can be carried smoothly for many years, we have produced the carrier frame and partition panels from steel profiles with full strength in accordance with the applicable safety standards and legislation. All of the steel parts were carefully primed and protective painted in our workshop and made ready for the field. In order to prevent children from contacting the springs or getting their feet stuck during jumping, we insulated the entire spring mechanism with a 75 mm thick shock-absorbing sponge and a 650 g non-flame retardant PVC tarpaulin covered protection cushions. This system, which we produce modularly, can be practically dismantled and re-installed in case of relocation of the enterprise or enlargement of its area.
